1. Payment & Shipping Details
- Parcel Delivery: All orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received and complete shipping details have been provided by the customer. This includes the correct and complete address, phone number, and any other relevant shipping instructions.
2. Tracking Information
- Tracking Requests: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can request a tracking number via email or by phone. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective courier company’s website.
3. Non-Responsiveness to Courier Calls
- Customer Responsibility: If the courier company attempts delivery and is unable to reach the customer during their working hours, and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, the customer will bear the responsibility for any additional shipping costs or re-delivery charges. Ali Bridals will not be held liable for any delays or returns of parcels due to failure to respond to the courier’s attempts.
4. Courier Delays
- Responsibility for Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays caused by the courier or external factors (such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen events) are not the responsibility of Ali Bridals. We recommend tracking your order regularly using the tracking ID provided.
5. Shipping Locations
- We offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. For international orders, we ship to various countries worldwide.
6. Shipping Charges & Delivery Times
For Pakistan Orders:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Orders over a certain value may be eligible for free shipping (subject to terms and conditions).
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery within major cities usually takes 3-7 business days. For smaller cities and rural areas, it may take 5-10 business days.
For International Orders:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
- Free Shipping: Orders over a certain amount (or over 5 dresses) may be eligible for free shipping, which varies depending on the destination country.
